Principal Engineer

Ms. Wohnrade has been a practicing civil engineer since 1989, and is licensed in multiple states including, Colorado, Illinois, Nebraska, and Wisconsin. Her areas of expertise include site development, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, floodplain and stormwater management, and erosion and sedimentation control.

Ms. Wohnrade has provided the engineering design for hundreds of land development and municipal projects in multiple states. Her responsibilities include: business management, project management, staff supervision, and engineering design. She is also responsible for the preparation of complete construction drawings, reports, and bid and contract documents.

In November, 2002 Ms. Wohnrade started Wohnrade Civil Engineers, Inc. and currently assumes the responsibilities of company president, and principal engineer. Mary provides the ultimate direction, policy and procedures on business development, administration, and personnel issues.

Ms. Wohnrade utilizes the latest in computer software and modeling techniques, and has performed hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for many types of water resource projects.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and prepare master drainage studies;
• Perform floodplain modeling and prepare flood studies. Prepare LOMR's, LOMA's, and LOMR-F;
• Provide complete site design for residential and commercial developments;
• Prepare full construction drawings, and bid and contract documents;
• Provide project supervision and coordination;
• Provide business development and management.
