Project Engineer

Ms. Grass has been a practicing engineer since 1985. She has a broad background in civil engineering design, preparation of contract design documents, and construction supervision.

Ms. Grass has provided engineering design and construction supervision for several civil projects. Projects include: preparation of street improvement programs, streetscape projects, sewer and water main rehabilitation, and design of storm drainage facilities.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses;
• Design of water and sewer systems for residential and commercial developments;
• Prepare bid and contract documents, and construction specifications;
• Provide construction supervision for capital improvement projects;
• Preparation of feasibility studies.
